Quilted Elastic Top Skirt in Dark Navy

Pull-on long quilted skirt - wool & cotton on the outside, 100% brushed cotton lining on the inside. Elastic waist with a large raw silk tie - fun to wear and an easy fit, waist can be adjusted. Each skirt is hand quilted by artisans in the studio, Hannah is shown in the last photo stitching the skirts. Raw edge on the hem - hand wash cold, lay flat or hang to dry.
