Introducing the MayerWasner Scrap Pants Project
MayerWasner has been my favorite go to boutique for many years. Each visit, met with a carefully curated selection of pieces, usually rewards me with a loved piece.
Integrated in the selection of clothing, jewelry and accessories is a collection of Pamela Mayer's own designs. These pieces always start with a beautiful story-filled fabric. Comfort and exquisite styling is always a focus. And I enjoy knowing I am purchasing a unique limited collection piece. It is refreshing to own and wear bespoke garments.
Discovering the selection at Mayer Wasner was like getting blessed with my own personal stylist! I could literally walk in the store blindfolded, grab a few things, and know I'd love them and wear them forever - these are clothes for LIVING in, not just looking at. The focus on quality, comfort, and sustainable production makes getting dressed so much easier, and my closet (and beauty cabinet, and jewelry box...) has basically been taken over by MW!
I have shopped and purchased from her both online and in person and her offerings are high quality, timeless without being boring and made to last a lifetime. Her attention to detail is unmatched as is her ability to have an almost innate feeling for what you might need just in case you didn’t know you needed it! From the collection of sweaters to the summertime dresses to her own hand knit pieces everything is designed with an eye for comfort, quality and style. Fabric choices are beyond gorgeous and in many cases not something you could find anywhere else. Guaranteed stopping in here you will not leave empty handed. It’s one of my all time favorite places to get clothes and Pam makes it my favorite for sure! Did I mention the atmosphere of her store? Serene with fantastic views of the Delaware River out the windows.
The apparel is unique, very high quality and beautifully designed. Merchandise is shipped in a timely manner. The shop is a warm and friendly environment. Pam Mayer is a delight to know. I always leave the shop happy.
