RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MayerWasner offers a full refund or exchange on pieces returned within 10 days of receipt of order. Sale items that are 30% off or more are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition. An exception to our return policy, Melissa Easton Jewelry cannot be returned due to the custom nature and small production of each piece, we will not offer returns of these items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item. When we issue a refund, we will return funds to your original form of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 5 -7 days for your account to be credited, we will refund to the original payment method.
Please note that MayerWasner does not assume any liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
PREORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Preorders are not guaranteed by us or the manufacturer, we do not know what shortages will occur. Once we have the products in store we will begin to ship immediately or let our customers know of shortages and refund funds immediately. The ship date is an approximation, we only get confirmation once the manufacturer is ready to ship. While we understand that CANCELLATIONS happen, if these cancellations become recurrences we will have to start charging a 10% restocking fee.
